Teresa Kaldor, PhD has worked in higher education, as an institutional researcher and economics professor, for over 20 years. She started her career as a macroeconomist and policy analyst, working in the Philippines, Qatar, and the United States. In 2006, Teresa earned her PhD in Policy Analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Teresa also has degrees in BA in Economics and Management (University of the Philippines), an MS in Industrial Economics (University of Asia and the Pacific), and an MPhil in Policy Analysis (Pardee RAND Graduate School).
Cynthia Cain Fitzgerald
University Manager, Business Intelligence Analytics
Cyndi has 20 years’ experience as a data analyst in Higher Education. Cyndi was brought on board in 2008 as a dedicated resource for our New England Campus. Between 2008 and 2014 her responsibilities were shifted to support Finance and HR operations for all Antioch Campuses. When the Office of Institutional Effectiveness was established in 2014, Cyndi was appointed the Senior Programmer/Analyst tasked with developing a robust Operational Data Store (ODS) capable of meeting institutional reporting needs and external reporting requirements. The ODS she created is used for all institutional accreditation, approval and assessment reporting, including IPEDS, the Department of Education and the Higher Learning Commission. As the University Manager of Business Intelligence Analytics, Cyndi plays an active role in Data Governance, chairing several task groups and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with colleagues in Academic Affairs, Assessment & Accreditation, Enrollment & Marketing, Financial Aid, Human Relations, Financial Planning & Assessment and Student Services.

Institutional Research Business Intelligence Analyst
Phoebe is a data analyst with a strong background in institutional research and business intelligence. She began her career as an IR analyst during her college years, building a solid foundation in research and data-driven decision-making in higher education. She is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive and diverse educational environments that promote student success and well-being.
