Teaching and Learning Task Group develops and implements university-wide shared course evaluation questions using the same scale for effective data analysis across programs. This group also reviewed course evaluation software vendors to select the best software for Antioch’s needs, which resulted in the acquisition of Watermark, a software system that enables easier and more effective reporting of student evaluation data in aggregate at various levels and integrates with Brightspace.

Data Definitions Task Group oversees the development, implementation, and ongoing stewardship of the Institutional Data Glossary.

Data Integrity Task Group ensures alignment between data management practices and university strategic priorities. Examples of projects include: extending use of key reference data to improve categorization of faculty stipend pay.

Data Quality Task Group monitors critical data elements, highlighting missing or inaccurate data for data stewards. Examples of published data quality reports include: Academic Programs, Coalition for the Common Good, Strategic Partnerships, General Ledger Alignment, Institutional Hierarchy Alignment.

Data Security Task Group establishes data security policies, standards, guidelines and best practices. This includes a formalized security and privacy policy governing PII and demographic data.

Academic Personnel Task Group will ensure accurate faculty load in Colleague, include a system for documenting scholarship and service, as well as institutional Citizenship.
